He believes that this is the perfect asset for them at this time.
Jade at North Hyde Park is located on 608 N Willow Ave and was built in 2022. It offers a variety of apartment homes including studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 463 square feet to 1,421 square feet.
