**Halpern Enterprises Acquires Harvest Park Centre in Knoxville**

Halpern Enterprises has acquired Harvest Park Centre, a 166,035-square-foot shopping center located at 5439 Washington Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee. The property, previously listed by Fidelis, was sold with Berkeley Capital Advisors representing the seller in the transaction.

Harvest Park Centre is a prominent power center anchored by national retailers Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, and Five Below, and is shadow-anchored by Target. Originally built in 2007, the retail hub also includes tenants such as Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Bath & Body Works, AT&T, Sports Clips, and Sally Beauty Supply.

With traffic counts nearing 20,500 vehicles per day, the center benefits from excellent visibility along Washington Pike and is situated near major retailers including Walmart Supercenter and Kohl’s.

Serving as the primary retail hub for East Knoxville, Harvest Park Centre draws shoppers from a broad area, with 52% of its visitors traveling more than five miles to reach the center.
