Halff, an infrastructure consulting firm, has recently completed a real estate transaction in the northeastern Dallas suburb of Richardson. The company sold its 91,251-square-foot office building located at 1201 N. Bowser Road on a 6.7-acre site to Digital Realty.
In addition to this sale, Halff also leased 83,981 square feet of office space at Galatyn Commons in Richardson. As part of their lease agreement, Halff plans to invest $10.8 million for tenant improvements and costs for furniture and equipment during the first year.
The new office space at Galatyn Commons is expected to be occupied by Halff in fall of 2025 and was facilitated by JLL’s Andrew Taguwa,Taylor Dickerson,and Rachel Gorney.
