**Hadrian to Build $200M Manufacturing and Software Hub in Mesa, Arizona**

Hadrian, a defense manufacturing startup, has announced plans to open a large-scale manufacturing and software facility called Factory 3 (F3) in Mesa, Arizona. The new site, located at The Cubes Mesa Gateway, will span 270,000 square feet and represents a $200 million investment. The facility is expected to be fully operational by early 2026 and will create approximately 350 new jobs.

F3 will support the production of raw materials and the development of mission-critical systems. The expansion is part of Hadrian’s broader goal to evolve from a precision parts supplier to a full-system defense manufacturer.

To support this growth, Hadrian has raised $260 million in financing. The capital raise is backed by existing investors, including Founders Fund and Lux Capital, and includes a loan facility arranged by Morgan Stanley to finance the factory expansion.

Real estate firm JLL represented Hadrian in securing the Mesa lease. Hadrian will occupy Building A of The Cubes Mesa Gateway, a two-building Class A industrial project developed by CRG Integrated Real Estate Solutions. JLL’s Greg Matter, Kyle Westfall, Eric Turner, Meredith O’Connor, and Ada Wong represented Hadrian, while Steve Larsen, Pat Harlan, and Jason Moore serve as the property’s exclusive listing brokers.
