### H-E-B Opens New 100,000-Square-Foot E-Commerce Fulfillment Center in Houston

H-E-B has launched a new 100,000-square-foot e-commerce fulfillment center designed to enhance curbside and home delivery services, which have seen a rise in demand.

According to the *Houston Business Journal*, public filings indicate the facility is located at 4520 Holmes Road. The center will stock the same goods found in H-E-B stores and leverage automation to streamline the fulfillment of online orders.

This new facility marks H-E-B’s third e-commerce fulfillment center in Houston and the ninth statewide since 2018. Construction was estimated to cost $16 million, with Pb2 Architecture and Engineering listed as the design firm.

In addition to this fulfillment center, H-E-B recently opened a 128,000-square-foot grocery store at 20017 Bridgeland Creek Parkway in Cypress. This location serves as the anchor tenant of the first phase of Village Green at Bridgeland Central, part of the 925-acre urban core within the 11,500-acre Bridgeland master-planned community.

The Bridgeland store became the company’s 96th location in the Houston area.
