### H-E-B and Hospital Campus Advancing in Argyle
Plans for expansion in Argyle are progressing as the Heritage development secures approval for key projects. The Argyle Planning and Zoning Commission has given the green light for nearly 124 acres of the Heritage development, which will feature an H-E-B grocery store and a Baylor Scott & White wellness campus. The development will be situated at the southwest corner of I-35W and Robson Ranch Road.
The first phase of the project includes a 100,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store with gas pumps, alongside 44,000 square feet of medical office space and 36,000 square feet of retail space. A total of five phases are planned for the development.
The wellness campus proposal features a mix of retail, fitness, and medical facilities. Plans include a six-story medical hospital, with additional medical buildings potentially reaching four stories. The rest of the development will focus on commercial retail spaces, with building heights not exceeding 50 feet.
This project marks a significant step forward for Argyle’s growth, bringing new retail and healthcare opportunities to the area.
