Trammell Crow is leading the development of a 60-acre mixed-use complex in Allen, which will feature an H-E-B grocery store as its main anchor. The project will also include office spaces, dining options, retail stores, and hundreds of apartments. Located at the intersection of Custer Road and State Highway 121 in Allen, construction is set to commence later this year.
According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal , one component of this development includes a townhome rental community with 102 units spanning over 256,000 square feet. This portion is estimated to cost around $35 million.
