DZL Management has successfully secured a $135 million loan refinancing for Cummins Station, a mixed-use property spanning 408,000 square feet. Originally constructed in 1906 and subsequently renovated, this historic building now offers 61,000 square feet of office space and 46,000 square feet of retail and dining options. Additionally, the property features the Baggage Building event space (58,000 square feet) and over 12 acres of developable land.
JLL acted as representative for DZL Management in obtaining this five-year fixed-rate loan.
Strategically located at 209 Tenth Avenue South in Nashville’s bustling Gulch neighborhood with immediate access to Downtown and I-40 highways. The area boasts over three thousand residential units within walking distance as well as ten hotels and sixty food/beverage establishments.
