Padan Aram LLC, a subsidiary of Grupo Sion, recently acquired the 241-key Flamingo Waterpark Resort for $20.5 million. The nine-acre hotel and resort is located at 2261 Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, FL and boasts 390,300 square feet of space. Camilo Niño, Ricardo Uribe and Alen Hernandez from private lender LV Lending provided $10 million in financing to complete the purchase.
Originally built in 1966 as a family-friendly destination spot with spacious family suites and character themed children’s rooms along with single accommodations for business travelers; amenities include an outdoor pool with tiki bar plus business center meeting rooms restaurant arcade playgrounds; all complemented by a state-of-the art water park featuring 30 foot tower slide three additional slides lazy river splash pad lounge pool heated spa etc..
