Grove Property Group Sells Two Multi-Family Buildings for $10M

Grove Property Group has sold two multifamily buildings in Boston’s Beacon Hill and North End neighborhoods for a combined total of $10 million. The property located at 35 Grove Street fetched $6.7 million, while the one situated at 5 Battery Street sold for $3.6 million.

The building on Beacon Hill consists of nine two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit, while the North End property features three three-bedroom units, one two-bedroom unit, and two single bedroom apartments respectively.
