The Moinian Group, a real estate development company, has successfully renewed the lease for Bodyrok, a Pilates-inspired fitness studio at 10 West 18th St. in Manhattan’s Flatiron district. The lease is for a spacious 3,000 square feet and was facilitated by Gabriel Whitman, Vice President of leasing at The Moinian Group. Amie Claps from Easy Street Properties represented Bodyrok in the deal.
