Group Lincoln Equities Group Leases 303K SF to Organic Snack Brand

Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) has recently signed a lease for 303,100 square feet with Lesser Evil, a sustainable company based in Connecticut that produces clean and organic snacks with minimal processing. The leased space is located at Lincoln Logistics 84×684 Crossings in Brewster, NY and will serve as the brand’s finished goods distribution site.

The lease was arranged by Newmark executive managing directors Adam Petrillo and Art Ross, managing director Bradley Soules, and analyst Jack Chatwin. They are also responsible for marketing the adjacent 618,000 square feet on the campus.

Petrillo stated that location played a crucial role in securing this lease for Lesser Evil at Lincoln Logistics 84×684 Crossings. He also mentioned that they look forward to welcoming not only Lesser Evil but also future tenants to this strategic location which offers connectivity to markets such as New York City, Westchester County,and Connecticut.

Located in Putnam County with easy access to major highways,the property provides tenants access to over 22 million consumers within just two hours of driving time.
