Groundbreaking of Trammell Crow's 324,000-Square-Foot Industrial Development in New Hampshire

Ground has been broken on 50 Robert Milligan Parkway (50 RMP), a Class A industrial building in Boston. The 323,750-square-foot facility is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2023 and will sit on 43 acres. It will feature a rear-load design, 36′ clear height, dock doors and trailer drops as well as LED lighting and an ESFR fire suppression system.

Sam Schaefer, Principal & Market Leader for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) Boston commented: “50 Robert Milligan Parkway will deliver much needed quality industrial space to the Greater Boston Industrial market which is currently supply constrained.” He added that its proximity to the Ayer Intermodal freight system and cargo hub at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport are two attributes that make this development stand out from others in the market.

The property is being marketed for lease by CBRE with flexibility ranging from 50,000 square feet up to full occupancy of the building.
