Groundbreaking of New Empire Corp's LIC Residential Building Begins

New Empire Corp and ODA have broken ground on a new residential project at 24-01 Queens Plaza North in Long Island City, Queens. The 19-story building has been designed by ODA to feature on-site parking, communal outdoor areas, a penthouse resident lounge and fitness center. This project was awarded the “NYC Innovation in Design of 2023 Award” from the City Council.
