Groundbreaking Ceremony for Morristown, NJ Mixed-Use Development by SJP and Scotto

SJP Properties and Scotto Properties have broken ground on M Station West, the second phase of the mixed-use development in Downtown Morristown. This development will house Sanofi’s new flagship New Jersey location, accommodating over 1,900 professionals by early 2025. SJP collaborated with Gensler to design a LEED certified office space for this project which will be connected to its first phase – M Station East – via a 1,000-car parking structure. The completion of M Station East has already welcomed Deloitte as one of its tenants.

Steven Pozycki – founder and CEO at SJP Properties – commented that “M Station West’s groundbreaking is an important milestone for our company that further solidifies Morristown’s reputation as a revitalized suburban hub and destination for leading global companies.”

This marks another significant achievement in the area which is sure to bring more attention from businesses looking for quality real estate opportunities in New Jersey’s vibrant market landscape.
