Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and joint venture partner CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of a separate account client, recently broke ground on a 234,000-square-foot life sciences development in Redwood City. Located at 200 Twin Dolphin Dr., the Class A facility is slated to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2024.
200 Twin Dolphin will stand five stories tall and provide an environment that encourages collaboration with features such as outdoor terraces with water views, a rooftop deck, access to walking and biking trails along with 101 Freeway signage for visibility. Additionally it will feature EV charging stations as well as 100% outside air intake for enhanced tenant health and wellness while aiming for LEED Gold certification.
