Rush Companies, in collaboration with Village Concepts, has commenced construction on a new senior living community called Village Concepts of Lake Stevens.
The 125,062-square-foot facility will be four stories tall and offer 140 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care services to residents in Snohomish County. This includes 120 independent and assisted living units as well as 20 memory care units. The property will also have ample parking space with a total of 72 surface stalls and four electric vehicle charging stations. Amenities at the community will include a wellness center, theater room, game rooms, club rooms library salon family kitchen,and secure courtyard specifically designed for those needing memory care.
Situated at the address of9035 28th Place NE,the project is being constructed by Rush Commercial Constructionand designed by Wattenbarger Architects.It is being financed by Rush Capitaland managed by Village Concepts.
