Recently, the City of Carlsbad and BRIDGE Housing joined forces with public- and private-sector partners for the groundbreaking of 1380 Laurel Tree Lane. This development will provide 70 affordable family apartment homes, making it the third such property to be developed by BRIDGE in Carlsbad.
The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are intended to serve families earning between 30% – 60% Area Median Income (AMI) for San Diego County; currently $31,250 – $52,050 per year for a household of two people. Amenities include a management office, service areas, community room with kitchen facilities as well as common laundry rooms and an outdoor courtyard area.
