Cross Regions Group has broken ground on Duval Station, a mixed-use development offering more than 100,000 square feet of professional and medical offices and retail space in North Jacksonville. Located on nine acres at the intersection of North Main Street and Max Leggett Parkway, the first phase includes a 12,000-square-foot medical office building leased to Millennium Physician Group. The facility will house practices led by Christopher Scuderi D.O., FAAFP; M.D Weber M.D., Ph.D.; as well as an accompanying laboratory for patient care services in Florida’s largest comprehensive primary care group network .
The second phase will include additional medical tenants along with Chappell Schools – a local favorite for over 60 years – providing classic educational child care services to families in the area .
