“Ground Lease Executed for Crow Holdings Air Cargo Development Project”

"Ground Lease Executed for Crow Holdings Air Cargo Development Project"

Plans for a large cargo logistics hub at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport have been expanded. Crow Holdings, the company responsible for constructing an on-tarmac air cargo facility, has announced additional enhancements to the project.

This public/private partnership will see most of the $75 million needed to complete the project come from private sources. At the end of their ground lease term, all improvements will become property of Milwaukee County.

The new facility has grown in size by nearly 50,000 square feet and now spans 337,000 square feet. This expansion is consistent with Milwaukee County’s 2022 Airport Master Plan. In addition to this development, Crow Holdings will also build a new garage for the county’s highway department and make significant repairs to public taxiway areas.

CBRE representatives Scott Furmanski, David Prell and Ted Gates have been enlisted by Crow Holdings to market this redevelopment project.
