Grosvenor has recently secured a new 10-year lease with Yadav Diamonds and Jewelry, a luxury diamond and jewelry retailer, at their property located at 170 Grant Ave in San Francisco’s prestigious Union Square neighborhood. The leased space on the fifth floor spans over 3,425 square feet.
According to Nathan Lundell, VP of asset management for Grosvenor in San Francisco, Union Square remains the most sought-after upscale retail district in San Francisco. This prime location has attracted renowned luxury brands like Yadav and Bvlgari (who also recently signed a lease with Grosvenor across the street). We are thrilled to add Yadav to our list of premier tenants within this thriving community.
The lease was arranged by Kelly Glass from Avison Young. Last year saw other prominent fashion brands securing long-term leases at nearby properties – including Bvlgari leasing over 9,000 square feet at 200 Grant Ave and St. John Knits committing to occupy 1,500 square feet at245 Post St.
