Griffis Residential has recently acquired the Platform at Union Station in Denver for $125.5 million in cash. The seller, Holland Partner Group, was represented by a CBRE team led by Terrance Hunt. This transaction is one of the largest multifamily property sales in metro Denver within the past year.

Located at 1650 Wewatta Street and built in 2015, this 21-story building offers stunning views of both the Denver skyline and Rocky Mountains. With a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans averaging 814 square feet per unit, this property provides spacious living options for residents. Amenities include a resort-style rooftop terrace with pool access, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, an indoor dog run and pet wash station as well as business and coworking centers on site. Additionally,Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar occupies ground-floor retail space.

This recent acquisition marks another successful investment for Griffis Residential’s portfolio without any mention to specific locations or brands such as Connect CRE or Connect LA or Connect Texas.
