**Greystone Selected to Advise on New Courthouse Facility in Springfield**
Greystone Real Estate Advisory Group (GREA) has been chosen as the transaction advisor by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) to guide the development of a new courthouse facility in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Under the advisory agreement, GREA will assist DCAMM with the public procurement process to identify a respondent responsible for the design, construction, operation, and financing of the new Springfield Regional Justice Center. The planned facility will consolidate two existing court operations and is expected to provide up to 330,000 usable square feet of space. This will include areas for judicial functions, administrative offices, detention facilities, and court services.
“We are committed to supporting DCAMM in establishing a new, permanent site for the Springfield Regional Justice Center and providing guidance for the development of a project that will serve the community and Commonwealth for generations,” said Charles Di Maggio, CEO of GREA.
