Cushman & Wakefield and Greystone successfully arranged and closed the refinance of Kōz on Weaver Road, a 100-unit senior housing community located just outside of downtown Snohomish, WA. Completed in 2020, an affiliate of Kōz Development was advised by Dave Karson, Chris Moyer, Paul Roeter and John Spreitzer from Cushman & Wakefield to secure approximately $14 million in Fannie Mae DUS financing provided by Greystone.
Michael Zampetti from Greystone originated the 10-year fixed rate loan with full term interest only for this multifamily asset. “This is a high quality and affordable senior housing community in an excellent location within the Pacific Northwest,” said Zampetti. “We were able to leverage its special nature to obtain advantageous loan terms.” He added that both sponsor team as well as Cushman & Wakefield’s team were great partners throughout this transaction process.
