Leena Amin has been appointed as the senior managing director of Structured Finance at Greystone. In her new role, she will focus on expanding the firm’s relationships with banks and alternative capital sources, while also developing and enhancing Greystone’s structured product advisory and capital markets offerings. She will report directly to Executive Managing Director Debby Jenkins.
With a decade of experience at Freddie Mac, Amin brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. During her time there, she led the Multifamily Structured Transactions team where she oversaw both Affordable Housing and Conventional Multifamily Structured teams. Prior to joining Greystone, Amin was an Adjunct Professor for Financial Institutions at George Mason University.
According to Jenkins, “Leena’s extensive expertise in structured deal dynamics and capital markets will be crucial as we expand our capabilities in these areas.” She looks forward to working closely with Amin as they continue building upon Greystone’s reputation as a leader in multifamily financing solutions.
