Greysteel Arranges $38M Sale of Polo Club Apartments in West Des Moines

Greysteel has announced the successful sale of Polo Club Apartments, a multifamily property located at 6201 EP True Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa. The sale was completed for $38 million, with the buyer planning a full renovation of the property.

The transaction was facilitated by BJ Connolly, Zach Schneider, and Ryan Carter of Greysteel, who exclusively represented the seller, Polo Club, LLC / Premier Companies. The buyer was self-represented.

Originally constructed in 1998, Polo Club Apartments comprises 277 two-bedroom units, each featuring high ceilings, cozy fireplaces, and abundant closet space—amenities that continue to attract strong interest from both renters and investors.
