**Greysteel Secures $15M Refinancing for Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay**
Greysteel has successfully refinanced the Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay, a recently renovated 125-room, select-service hotel located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Lambeau Field Stadium District.
Originally developed in 2000 by Beechwood Hotel Group, the property has remained under the ownership and management of the group for over two decades. The newly secured $14.91 million First Permanent Loan was provided by Fox Communities Credit Union. The financing features a floating rate structure that allows for reduced capital costs in line with federal interest rate cuts.
This refinancing was strategically completed in advance of the hotel’s CMBS loan maturity, helping the borrower avoid potential penalties and lock in favorable lending terms. The new loan also introduces a more flexible covenant structure, granting Beechwood Hotel Group greater operational freedom.
“This was a highly attractive opportunity for lenders, given the property’s prime location, strong performance, and Beechwood Hotel Group’s long-standing ownership and management,” said Stephen Haase, who represented Beechwood Hotel Group in the transaction.
