Greystar has officially opened the doors of its newest residential development, 25 North Lex in White Plains, New York. This marks Greystar’s first project in the state and is now welcoming its first residents to their new luxury rental homes. Located at 25 N. Lexington Ave., the building sits directly across from the recently renovated White Plains Metro-North Train station, providing convenient access to New York City and beyond.
The impressive development boasts a total of 500 upscale rental residences along with approximately 60,000 square feet of amenities and about 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. According to Gary Kerr, senior managing director of development at Greystar: “We’re excited for our residents to experience a simplified style of living while having direct access to nearby transportation options.” He also mentioned how proud they are that this project integrates public art within and around the community which adds vitality to downtown White Plains.
Spanning over an area measuring more than 813 thousand square feet , this project features two intersecting towers rising from a four-story podium that conceals a large covered parking structure complete with bicycle storage facilities.
