Greystar Real Estate Partners has begun work on Caliber by Greystar, a three-building Class A industrial park that is the first element of Peoria Place, a $500 million mixed-use master plan in Peoria. At build-out, Caliber will total 411,918 square feet and feature Buildings A and B with divisibility to accommodate various uses and tenant sizes.
Caliber is located along US 60 at the southwest corner of 79th Avenue and Grand Avenue as part of an 88 acre site which also includes luxury apartments, build-to-rent single family homes residential over retail space plus 20 acres of open space. Completion for this project is scheduled for Q2 2024 with Greystar’s first residential projects expected to break ground this summer followed by additional development soon after.
