Greystar has recently announced the promotion of Wil Hogue to Director of Industrial Development, further solidifying its growing industrial portfolio in the Southwest region. In this new role, Hogue will oversee all Class A Greystar industrial projects from start to finish, including site selection, construction management and lease-up.
Since joining Greystar in 2021, Hogue has been instrumental in facilitating $148 million in debt and equity raises for various projects. He has also successfully transacted over 180 acres of raw land and completed due diligence for more than 85 potential developments. Currently managing a development pipeline valued at over $385 million with a total area of 2.4 million square feet, he is responsible for overseeing major projects such as the Gateway Grand Class A industrial development located in Mesa Arizona spanning over 2.1 million square feet and Caliber at Peoria Place Class A industrial development covering an area of approximately 411,918 square feet situated in Peoria.
Prior to his current position at Greystar,Hogue served as Area Manager for Valley Income Properties before becoming Founder and Principalof Sonata,a real estate consulting firm that played a key rolein establishingGreystar’s Logistics Platform.His extensive experienceand expertiseinthe industry make him well-suitedto leadthe company’sindustrialdevelopment effortsmoving forward.This latest announcement by Greyster showcases their commitmentto expandingtheir presenceinthe thrivingSouthwest marketand highlightsHogues’ significant contributions towards achievingthis goal.
