**Greystar Acquires Hialeah Apartment Complex for $93.5 Million**
Greystar has acquired the Latitudes at the Moors apartment complex near Hialeah for $93.5 million. The property, previously owned by Nuveen, consists of 358 units located at 6290 N.W. 173rd Street.
Walker & Dunlop facilitated the deal with a $65.45 million mortgage loan, which has a five-year term. Following the acquisition, Greystar has rebranded the property as Avana at the Moors.
Built in 1989, the three-story apartment complex spans 331,131 square feet on a 12.09-acre, lakefront site. Amenities include a clubhouse and a swimming pool. Unit sizes range from 738 to 1,011 square feet.
At a purchase price of approximately $261,173 per unit, this transaction reflects increasing investor interest in Miami-Dade’s multifamily market, where rents have steadily grown over the past several years. The property last traded in 2018 for $71.3 million.
