GreyHill Group, a New York-based company, recently acquired The Bleu multifamily property in New Britain, CT for $7.5 million. This 63-unit building is the latest addition to their portfolio of properties located throughout the United States.
Moshe Bloorian, managing partner of GreyHill Group commented on this acquisition stating that it was made even more exciting due to their ownership of another property just 20 minutes away from The Bleu. With this proximity they are able to leverage their expertise and resources effectively which will help ensure an exceptional living experience for residents at both locations.
In addition to acquiring The Bleu multifamily property in Connecticut, GreyHill Group also purchased a 69-unit building at 69 Union Place in downtown Hartford earlier this year as part of its expanding real estate portfolio across the U.S..
