Greg Sadick, Senior Vice President of residential at Snyder Langston, will be retiring on January 15th. In 2002, Sadick joined the company to implement the vision set by Executive Chairman Steve Jones and Chairman John Rochford to establish a specialized multifamily division within the construction firm.
During his tenure as leader of Snyder Langston Residential, there was expansion into various sectors such as market-rate apartments, mixed-use multifamily projects, condominiums, senior living communities including assisted living and memory care facilities and affordable housing developments.
According to CEO Jason Rich: “When Greg came on board with us at Snyder Langston there was limited definition for commercial contractors in regards to the emerging sector of multifamily development. He worked diligently in building relationships within this industry while further defining our role as a major contributor towards yearly revenue growth for our firm. His dedication has also helped elevate our reputation throughout Southern California.”
Peter Tuma will continue serving as Vice President overseeing all future growth initiatives for Snyder Langston Residential along with Adam Schneider who serves in an executive director capacity focused on pre-construction efforts.
