Transwestern has promoted Greg Munson to president of Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS), based in Minneapolis. In his new role, Munson will oversee TRS operations, implement innovative real estate solutions, lead expansion opportunities in strategic markets and drive business development that capitalizes on the company’s consultative service approach.

Munson succeeds former president Tom Lawyer who joined Transwestern in 2018 and is retiring after 45 years in the industry. Lawyer remains with Transwestern through 2023 for a seamless transition while supporting firm-wide growth goals.
