CBRE announced on Thursday that Greg May has returned to the firm’s Newport Beach office as Senior Vice President, specializing in office properties throughout Orange County. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, May will join forces with Rick Warner, Chip Warner, Peter Wells and Taylor Friend on the brokerage team.

Most recently serving as Newmark’s Southwest Brokerage Operations Leader for all service lines, May consistently ranked among the company’s top-performing brokers before transitioning into management. He has provided guidance for numerous regional and national firms as well as some of Orange County’s most prominent landlords and tenants.
