"Greenwich House Nonprofit Organization Expands to Chelsea"

Greenwich House, a nonprofit organization that provides health, human services, education and arts programs, has secured a new five-year lease for 5,038 square feet on the sixth floor of 80 Eighth Ave in Chelsea. The space will serve as an additional location for Greenwich House Pottery to offer classes for students of all levels. Located between Chelsea and the Meatpacking District in New York City, this fully leased building is set to welcome Greenwich House Pottery in early 2024.

The lease agreement was brokered by Matthew Mandell from GFP Real Estate representing the landlord and Corey Hight and Elliot Zelinger from Savitt Partners representing the tenant. This expansion marks another milestone for Greenwich House as it continues to grow its presence within New York City’s vibrant community without compromising its mission as a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving others through various programs.
