**AE Amer to Deliver 59-Unit Modular Apartment Complex in Greensboro in Just 60 Days**
AE Amer, a modular construction company, has announced plans to build a 59-unit apartment development in Greensboro, North Carolina, in just 60 days. The project, known as The Lubu, is being developed at 2603 W. Gate City Blvd. and will feature a three-story, 58,824-square-foot structure. The estimated development cost is approximately $9.4 million.
The Lubu is designed with enclosed corridors and hallways, providing a modern apartment living experience. AE Amer is collaborating with Yates Construction for the site’s horizontal development, with vertical construction expected to commence in March.
One of AE Amer’s key advantages is its modular construction methodology, which allows for off-site assembly of units. This approach significantly reduces construction time, enabling the company to complete multifamily residential buildings in just two months from the start of vertical work.
Beyond construction, AE Amer also offers a full range of services including architecture, land development, structural and civil engineering, electrical engineering, planning, and permitting.
The project is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by summer.
The Lubu will offer luxury-style living at more affordable prices, with monthly rents ranging between $1,199 and $1,299 — a competitive rate compared to other luxury apartment communities in the area.
