Greensboro Developer Building $50M Luxury Rental Community

Koury Corp. has recently begun construction on The Lindley, a luxurious apartment complex located at the intersection of Holden Road and Market Street in Greensboro. With a projected completion date of fall 2025, this fully enclosed and gated community is estimated to cost over $50 million.

The Lindley will offer a variety of unit options including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Most sections of the community will consist of four stories with one five-story section.

According to reports from Triad Business Journal , residents can expect an array of amenities such as a pool with cabanas, outdoor grills for entertaining guests, bike storage and repair facilities for active residents, as well as car wash and detailing services. Additionally,the complex will feature an indoor bar area complete with kitchen facilities perfect for social gatherings or relaxation after work hours; equipped with billiards tables and even a golf simulator.

For those looking to maintain their fitness routine without leaving home,the apartments also include access to state-of-the-art fitness center featuring rock climbing walls,a yoga studio,and personal training stations equipped with televisions that provide online workout programs.
