**Green Valley Ranch Undergoing $200 Million Renovation**
Green Valley Ranch, the well-known hotel and casino located in Henderson, Nevada, is undergoing a major $200 million renovation. As part of a comprehensive resort-wide transformation, the property will debut newly designed meeting and convention spaces, as well as fully refreshed guest accommodations, by early 2026.
Key highlights of the renovation include a redesigned 69,000-square-foot meeting and convention space, set to open in January 2026. Additionally, all 493 guest rooms and suites at the resort will be updated to reflect a modern, upscale aesthetic.
The renovation is being led by Station Casinos’ in-house design and construction team, in collaboration with architecture firm WATG and interior design experts Wimberly Interiors.
Meanwhile, Station Casinos is also expanding its newest property, Durango Casino & Resort in the Southwest Las Vegas valley. That $116 million project, launched in December 2023, includes a second parking garage and an additional 25,000 square feet of casino space.
With these developments, Station Casinos continues to invest heavily in its Southern Nevada properties, enhancing both guest experience and operational capacity.
