Green Courte Partners (GCP), a private equity real estate investment firm based in Chicago, has recently completed the acquisition of a 40-acre industrial outdoor storage property located at 5301 Wilbarger in Fort Worth, Texas. The seller was TH Logistics Fund I, a joint venture between Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors of Chicago.
The company plans to utilize the property for managed truck storage operations. This marks GCP’s entry into the industrial outdoor storage sector and also marks the launch of their new truck storage operating platform – GCP Truck Storage Management. Leading this platform will be Currey Hall, founder and former president of Vantage Truck Parking.
According to Jordan Kerger, managing director at GCP: “We have established an integrated operating platform that aligns with our investments in near-airport parking, land-lease communities and senior living properties. This will not only enhance our real estate value but also position us for various transaction opportunities.”
