The St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America has chosen Cushman & Wakefield to oversee site selection and marketing for their new Central West End regional offices. In collaboration with the council, Cushman & Wakefield will assess potential sites and facilities in St. Louis City and County that are available for purchase or donation to support the nonprofit’s growth.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including Hanrahan, Matthew Stephens, and Jack Gentile, is working closely with the Greater St. Louis Area Council to identify a 25,000-square-foot space for their new location. The current headquarters has been situated at 4568 West Pine Boulevard in Central West End since the early 1960s.
