**Graycliff Acquires Highline North Apartments in Asheville for $43.75M**

Carlisle Residential has sold Highline North, a 168-unit multifamily community located in Asheville, North Carolina. The property was acquired for $43.75 million by Graycliff.

The transaction was brokered by Berkadia representatives Caleb Troop, Thomas Colaiezzi, and Matt Robertson. Acquisition financing was secured through Freddie Mac by Berkadia’s Jeremy Lynch and Jake Adoni on behalf of the buyer.

Completed in 2023 and located at 602 Highline Drive, Highline North features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom townhomes. Unit sizes range from 822 square feet to more than 1,500 square feet, with each unit offering either a patio or balcony.

Community amenities include a fitness center with cardio and weightlifting equipment, a clubhouse with a TV lounge, wet bar, and shuffleboard, a pet spa and park, a saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor social lounge with a grill area, Amazon package lockers, detached garages, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The property is situated approximately 15 minutes from downtown Asheville.
