"Grata Relocates to Midtown with 15,000-Square Foot Lease - Find Out More!"

Grata, a platform for deal origination, is moving its headquarters from Chelsea to a new office near Times Square. The company has secured a long-term lease for 15,158 square feet on the second floor of 1410 Broadway. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Founded in New York in 2016, Grata will relocate from its current location on the seventh floor of 15 West 18th Street. This move will provide closer proximity to clients and foster collaboration within the company as it continues to grow.

The representation for L.H. Charney was provided by Colliers’ Rick Doolittle, Michael Joseph, John Howard and Taylor Bell. Other recent tenants at this building include clothing brand 32 Degrees and footwear brand Geox. In January,KSR Capital acquired a minority stake in the property with an estimated value of $170 million.
