Grant “Worcester Seniors Community Receives $35M Grant for Land Development”

UW Senior, LLC has partnered with The United Group of Companies to secure a $35 million financing for the construction of The Arbella at Bramble Hill, an upcoming active adult seniors community in Worcester, Massachusetts. This development will consist of three elevator-serviced buildings and offer one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as an 8,500-square-foot clubhouse. JLL acted on behalf of the borrower to obtain the loan from Washington Trust.
