UW Senior, LLC has partnered with The United Group of Companies to secure a $35 million financing for the construction of The Arbella at Bramble Hill, an upcoming active adult seniors community in Worcester, Massachusetts. This development will consist of three elevator-serviced buildings and offer one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as an 8,500-square-foot clubhouse. JLL acted on behalf of the borrower to obtain the loan from Washington Trust.

Fitch Ratings reported that the overall U.S. CMBS delinquency rate inched higher in May, as new problem loans outpaced resolutions.
