The restaurant has secured a long-term lease of 15 years for 3,692 square feet on the ground floor of this impressive property.
Leading real estate firm JLL facilitated the deal on behalf of ownership with their expert retail leasing team consisting of Erin Grace, Matt Ogle, Corey Zolcinski and Ariane Girard. Alexandra Turboff from Mona represented The Granola Bar in this transaction.
