Echo Real Estate Capital and Grandview Partners have received $53.6 million in construction financing for a 676,169 square foot industrial project located in Glendale, Arizona. A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Rob Rubano secured the loan from PCCP to fund the development of Northern Parkway Logistics Center which is anticipated to reach completion this fall.
The 38.6-acre site will encompass a 220,240-square-foot multi-tenant rear load building and 455,935 square feet cross dock warehouse with 32 and 40 foot clear heights respectively as well as loading docks, trailer parking areas and gated entrances for security purposes. Located along Loop 303 about 30 miles from downtown Phoenix ,the surrounding area includes projects developed by White Claw , RedBull , Amazon and Microsoft among others . LGE Design Build is serving as general contractor on the project .
