Molto Properties and Crow Holdings have recently broken ground on a large industrial project in Grand Prairie, TX. According to the Construction Journal, the estimated cost of this expansive development could exceed $170 million. The project will consist of three buildings with a total area exceeding 1 million square feet. Upon completion in 2025, these buildings will measure 499,590 sq ft., 293,436 sq ft., and 241,992 sq ft respectively.
The Grand Prairie Planning and Zoning Commission Council approved Shady Grove Logistics Crossing late last year as well.
Scannell Properties is no stranger to North Texas’ industrial market either; they are currently developing 820 Crossing – a 335k-square-foot Class A warehouse located in Haltom City – as well as West GSW Logistics Crossing – an approximately 700k-square foot facility situated on East First Street at an estimated cost of $49 million – both expected for completion soon too!
With all these projects underway across N Texas’, it’s clear that Scannell has their sights set high when it comes to commercial real estate investments!
