The grand opening of Cityline, a new mixed-use district in downtown Sunnyvale, was recently celebrated by Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) and Hunter Partners. This project has been in the works since 2015 and is now complete with 1,100 apartments, one million square feet of office space, a public plaza and various retail and entertainment options.

The ceremony took place at Redwood Square – the city’s newest gathering spot – with Mayor Larry Klein, City Council members, civic leaders, and residents joining representatives from SRGNC for the event.

According to Jeff Smith,SVP for SRGNC,”Cityline’s design incorporates different types of amenities along with office spaces and residential units to create a vibrant hub that is easily accessible by foot, bike or transit. This re-imagined downtown area offers dynamic experiences for those who work, live or play here.” The joint venture between Sares Regis Groupand Hunter Partners has successfully brought this exciting development to fruition.
