Real estate investment firm 29th Street Capital recently celebrated the completion of construction at Maven on Broadway, a multifamily rental development located at 230 Broadway in Sacramento. Members of Bridge Investment Group, Sacramento Republic Soccer and city officials attended the opening event.

Formerly part of Seltzer Forest Products campus these amenities have been converted from historic processing plant into modern day conveniences that will serve residents well into the future.
