The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch in Arizona is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation project, set to be completed by October. This $110 million transformation will encompass all 493 rooms, food and beverage outlets, fitness center, and the expansive 70,000 square feet of meeting space. Upon completion of this multi-phase renovation process, the property will be rebranded as the Grand Hyatt.
One notable aspect of this revitalization is the fully renovated Vaquero Ballroom – now spanning an impressive 14,000 square feet – which will debut alongside other upgraded meeting spaces at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort.
